Good service. Had to order a battery for a Samsung phone. Got the battery in a couple of days and installed in 20 minutes.

So of course at like 7 at night, I accidentally kneeled on my daughters phone(playing in the princess tent with my grand baby) and shattered her screen. I call the place she normally has gone in the past and they close at 6. We both were devastated cause god knows, humans cant go a day without their phone!! Lol so I took the chance and googled places that fix iPhone screens and PHIXSMART was the first place that popped up. I see they are open until 8pm and I call. Whoever I spoke too(Sam I find out when I get there) was like whats the problem, what kind do u have, gave me a price and said come on down!! 5 stars just isnt enough of a credit to give this amazing company!!! Sam, the owner, gave me and my daughter and also my 1yr old granddaughter the absolute best customer service ever!! And the prices he has are the BEST around with the most amazing top quality service!! I will never go anywhere else should I ever have a problem with any of my electronics going forward and I will ONLY & ALWAYS recommend everyone to come to his store!! While we were there, we got to chatting and he told us a little about how he became and his story is absolutely amazing and I am so proud of him getting to this point with all the adversities he overcame!! He treated us like family, took his time with all the questions we had, taught us quite a bit about the process, and saved my daughters phone!! He also treated my little princess with such patience and kindness and made sure she was happy and occupied with a cool little toy that he actually ended up letting her keep!! I just cant give Sam and his company enough praise for the excellent service he provided to us!! Thank you so kindly Sam, for being you and saving the day!!

Brought my shattered Motorola phone in, older model, only to have the screen fixed so I could download the pictures. Had to special order the screen. Took just about 2 weeks to get my phone back. Awesome and happy!

This was hands down the best experience, not only were they able to take a look at and diagnose my laptop (something 2 other repair shops couldnt do until the next day in the afternoon at the earliest), but he fixed it as well!! Total time spent in the store was less than ten minutes and then bam!- I am back in action, I am happy & smiling, AND I am able to finish my reports for work in a timely fashion which I think my job will appreciate! Final note- I have to add that after driving all over Pinellas County for three hours looking for someone to help me; I never thought I could feel as grateful as I did when he showed me my laptop turned on and working!! Thank you for turning a really bad day during a rough season of life for me into a good day with renewed hope that there are people that can really be amazing! You guys rock, and have a loyal customer that will forever share with everyone I know who to go to if they need a computer/phone repair!!
