the goodwill suncoast location in oxford florida sold me a dvd vcr combo that ate the vcr the moment i got home i called and was told the item had to be returned for store credit Team lead Wanda said only on used donated items, so i drove there 2x for a store credit that cost same amount as the gas to drive to the location so i am out my money such a rip off the goodwill scam organization
