Two recruiters from Ultimate Staffing reached out to me within minutes of each other regarding similar roles I applied for through LinkedIn and Indeed. Talk about in sync! Rachael Thompson and I connected first. Without a doubt, it was the most engaging call Ive had with a recruiter. Time flew by and I felt that it was immensely productive. One thing that really stood out about our chat was the way Rachael presented the companys mission and key differentiators. Sometimes this portion can feel robotic, but it did not feel that way at all with Rachael. I really appreciated that. As we were chatting, I swear it felt like I was catching up with an old friend! Not only was Rachael thoughtfully inquisitive and enthusiastic, but she displayed genuine interest in my story. Ultimately, Rachael guided me through what ended up being a tremendously thought-provoking conversation about my career path. The following day I connected with Rachaels colleague and manager, Katie Majeski. I was equally impressed with Katie, and found her authentic and optimistic input to be highly valuable. That these recruiters execute their roles with such levity and sincerity, says a lot. I highly recommend Rachael, Katie, and their industry expertise to anyone looking for a placement within their scope.

To inform anyone looking for a physical building do not go to the address listed. I drove over 10 miles only to be turned away by a woman that has never heard of Ultimate Staffing Services and said there has never been a company with that name located there. And she has been in the same building for over 8 years! Ultimate Staffing Services should remove this address from Google so no one else bothers the company that is located there. Be cautious of companies that do not have a physical address and be weary of giving them your personal information online only.

Poor communication, short tempered, passive aggressive attitude over a phone call from the Sr manager. Would stay away and definitely do not recommend.

I was contacted by Ultimate staffing services for an interview for one of their Clients. From the beginning katie was professional and kind. I let her know that I had to make a decision fast as I had other offers waiting for my response. Katie and Tiffany Made it happen and I got the second interview with their client on site the same day. They are fast, friendly, professional and accommodating. I recommend using them if your looking for a staffing service.
