        HORRIBLE!! I cannot get any help!!! Since FEB 17!!! I have been on the phone for HOURS with ATT and ASSURION to get my back glass repaired, which I pay TOP TIES INSURANCE for EVERY MONTH! All over my paperwork it shows $0 screen and BACK GLASS REPAIRS. IT'S A LIE! THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME $275 FOR A WHOLE NEW PHONE BC THEY DON'T HAVE THE PARTS!!! I TOTALLY REGRET SWITCHING TO ATT!
