We have been clients of T-Mobile for 15 years. My parents went into today to inquire about buying a new phone. He was telling them about a promotion for an Apple Watch and iPad. My parents said they would come back in about an hour if they wanted to do that. They did not. Logged into their T-Mobile app today and 2 new lines were added without their authorization. One for an extra $15 a month and one for an extra $10 a month which we are assuming was the two items in the promotion. Absolutely ridiculous that one of your sales people would do that without confirmation from their client. Not to mention you need signatures and IDs from them for this and you received neither. Disappointed is an understatement.

Wael, Miguel & Jean were incredibly helpful and troubleshooting an unusual phone issue I had. And, they are super nice to boot. Great T-Mobile location!!
