        Went to upgrade my phone to an existing line, just a single line plan. Instead, they added a new line that was more expensive. When I went back to refund that plan in exchange for a single line plan, they refused without a restocking fee of $55. Called corporate and they took care of the whole thing, even waived my activation charge. There are only two corporate stores, north Clearwater near Countryside Westfield on 580 and north St. Petersburg on 4th street north. Always go to a corporate store. Not an authorized retailer. These complaints are nationwide. You can tell by their blanket "apology for your bad experience".

        Sereno and Nick are awesome!! Even though we had trouble with some glitch on my account with corporate, they figured out a solution and helped me get my new phone upgrade. I also got the new internet air!! The guys were great!!!

      • Horrible service! My line stopped working at all right after I visited AT&T store yesterday. I just got interested in other offers as my husband wanted to change his line to AT&T. The manager asked my phone number and DL to give me info. Apparently he changed something in the settings, because the line went off right after I left the store. Today I came to him to fix it. And you know what? The only solution was to pay 69 bucks to restart my service!!! Why was it offf? Nobody knows! No explanation, no help! Just I dont know what happened. Its the worst experience Ive ever had. I had to pull HIM to tell me what to do. Disgusting.
