I saw Dr. Beth after a knee injury. She helped me learn how to use my crutches and how to move around in my daily life with this new injury. I think the most impactful thing that I learned from Dr. Beth at this time was to keep moving. She gave me little muscle movements to do down my leg and some standing stretches. We also talked about pain and how my thoughts affect it. Her knowledge and kind words were so helpful.

Dr. Beth Harris was amazing. Ive had a shoulder pain for almost a year and didnt think it could go away. Im one session Dr. Harris made that pain go away and I was able to sleep again at night. I am so truly thankful for her.
