Rob gave a very informative presentation to several members of the Central Pinellas Chamber of Commerce. I was happy to be part of the group attending. We talked about effective selling, how to be intentional, ask questions and have a conversation with the people you are meeting with. I came away from the talk with several great ideas and ways to implement many in my business. My franchise business was struggling in the H.R. dept. After hiring Sandler for training, development of and job descriptions, and assessments for ideal candidate profiles, I have increased my employee and contractor retention.
