Family Network On Disabilities

It's important to know that the Family Network on Disabilities is another referral service like CARD, 211 etc. They normally just give you names and addresses It's also important to know the "local guide" (Misti) who left 5 stars below works for Family Network on Disabilities - a conflict of interest. Until today she's been my only Family Network on Disabilities contact and the reason that until today I left a 1 star review.

Horrible organization. stay away from FND. I only gave one star because there is no option for zero stars. I agree with Kerry Mccall's review where he says it is like pulling teeth to get a phone call from FND... and how you can't get an answer about any questions you may have. I have pooled trust with FND and I have been trying to contact upper management for OVER TWO YEARS to try to get certain information on my account. FND presents themselves as very friendly people on their website... stating things like "Call us and we will help you find whatever information on any disability you are seeking." but the reality is the ceo Richard La Belle and trust director Laura Mattson will just blatantly ignore your MANY MANY phone calls and emails.... (as will the rest of the staff). they'll take your money....then they will fall off the face of the earth. I even complained to the Better Business Bureau, and FND failed to respond to my complaint. Like Kerry Mccall stated in his review...i agree.... you'll just be IGNORED.

Disappointing to say the least. my sons trust was sent over more than SIX months ago. I have yet to receive any paperwork to sign, I did get reimbursement forms but nothing else. It was puling teeth to get a quick phone call which did not give me much information. If the annuity had been left with the prior attorney, and I dont know that it was or wasnt, cant get an answer, it would have earned abount 12000.00 by now. I had been told by FND they were going to invest it in a very conservative fund but I wanted it to be maintained by the previous attorney or at least invested in the same fund. I have asked multiple times for accounting. Ignored. FND could possibly have cost us 12000.00 to this point and more in the future. It is a small annuity so needs to be invested so that it will grow each month. I dont know who to contact about this.
