Unfortunately, had to leave - did personal taxes for years and the service was amazing, but when it came to my business taxes, however, every little thing felt nickeled and dimed - if I wanted to do anything on my own to save some money, very limited information on what was needed and a slight attitude was given. Ultimately, something was missed and I got a letter later on stating I had to pay more to the state. When I asked about this, the answer was that I wanted to do it on my own, so basically my fault.
