NOT HAPPY! Because you filled our taxes so late the SS had to use our AGI from 2021 AGAIN which was inflated because of a one time IRA distribution instead of the more current and accurate 2022 AGI. Because of the SS using the inflated AGI from 2021, I am now receiving less money in my SS check than I would have had you filled our 2022 taxes in a more timely manner.

Let's try and at least be a little honest here--I know that google and the internet give us an "open mic" to air our grievances against anyone and everyone, but let me state the facts:1) Your 2022 personal income tax return was timely filed, several months before the IRS-mandated due date.2) I agree that the return could have been prepared and filed sooner3) You spoke with the social security administration and they told you that they receive information from the IRS each year about taxpayer income, but they could not tell you when or even how that process happens, but just that it had already happened for the year.4) In an effort to help, as I do sympathize with you on this situation, we called the social security administration several times and finally reached a halfway coherent person who gave us instructions on which form should be used to resolve this and how to proceed, as this is something that does happen, so much so that they have a form just for this particular issue.5) We called you to outline the plan to resolve the issue and you told us that you "already did that and went to the local social security office and did some paperwork but don't know what you signed or what the papers were for"...Outstanding...that is about how I would expect a conversation like this to go with my 9 year old but not with one of my clients.
