        Our family has been going down to Cape Coral for 10 years and have stayed at many different houses. This was the first time we have rented through Seabim. Seabim was an absolute joy to work with. They made everything easy and worry free. The house was gorgeous. It was perfect for 8 people. The house had everything we needed and more. The pool, hot tub and lanai were our absolute favorite. The view from the dock was breathtaking. We begrudgingly had to leave but could have stayed another couple of weeks. We will definitely be coming back and renting our next house through Seabim. Thank you for making our vacation absolutely perfect!

        My family stayed at the Manatee vacation home for Spring Break. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The property manager was friendly and helpful as well. He was easy to contact if we had any issues - which we didn't. The pool and outside amenities were clean, safe and enjoyable. We would definitely use Seabim Vacation Rentals again.

        We rented a beautiful home in Cape Coral Florida during Spring Break 2024 for 7 days. From the very first interaction with the SeaBim Company regarding our beautiful rental its was extremely professional and very easy to work with them. The home was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking! My family was so excited and grateful for the beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms, pool and spa area, and great neighborhood. Our house manager Jens was spectacular! Jens went above and beyond as house manager. He was available to answer any questions or concerns we had morning or night. Instructions for the home and pool area were very clear and easy. We definitely will be renting another home from Seabim next year !!!

        From many experiences over the last few years (before Corona), we have learned that there is only one rental company in Cape Coral that we can contact. This is: seabim No matter whether inquiries; bookings; On-site service: Everything is just right at seabim. Therefore, seabim is our sole contact. We cannot imagine that it could be any easier or more effective for us as customers. Therefore: Seabim again and again!
