Happy Cape Boat and Villa Service

EDIT: We booked again with Happy Cape for March 2024 and were again very satisfied with the support before, during and after the booking. We booked the Happy Cape 44 house for March 2023 and are overwhelmed by our stay there. The booking process was uncomplicated and someone could be reached quickly if I had any questions. The house was just as beautiful as shown in the pictures and was very clean and well equipped. We felt completely comfortable and have already booked a house with Happy Cape again for next year.

The process with Happy Cape, from booking to checking in and out, to refunding the deposit, was very pleasant and uncomplicated. Our house Happy Cape 22 had an excellent price/performance ratio, we didn't miss anything. Everything worked great and we had enough space to feel really comfortable for 2 weeks However, if you value a state-of-the-art, more spacious house, you should ask the provider about a suitable alternative and you will definitely find something there too. For us it was fine as is!

We stayed in Villa Italiana for the months of February and March 2024. We needed to call Happy Cape four times to fix various needed repairs in the home due to deferred maintenance. The repairman was very good and was able to solve most problems. The house location on busy Cape Coral Pkwy causes noisy distractions when sitting out on the lanai. The house needs a good cleaning: tiles, grout, walls, oven (I cleaned it!)! The pool heater went out because of poor maintenance by the previous pool attendant. Thankfully the new guy cleaned the filters and got the heater working. The house was minimally furnished and lacked good lighting in the primary living area and there was no lighting in the sitting area on the lanai. The outdoor lighting on the garage does not work which would be a security improvement since the garage is not available and your vehicle is parked in the driveway. The online pictures are old and need to be updated to reflect the current property. We will not stay in this house again.
