Worst experience every single time I go in there. The women in there have such bad attitudes every single time and are just sooooo rude. I send out earrings and put stickers on my packaging and they put labels and thing over them all. Like, seriously? I drive all the way to Fort Myers just for better service. Fire and hire better people. Nice people. People that love people. Ridiculous. Also, rude to anyone who has an accent as well and struggles with English. Dont go here. Unfortunate. Wow. I dont know how to reply. Owner - this happened about a half an hour before your business closed today, March 22, 2024. The woman with darker short hair. Very rude and it made me so angry. I live in Cape Coral and have to go to Fort Myers because I always leave angry. I had my envelopes the other place always gives me a label to fill out so I had no idea what I was doing. She was very rude and talked down to me like I was stupid. She rolled her eyes at me and said, theres no addresses. Where do you expect me to send them? I told her the other place gives me a paper and they will stick it to the envelope and she pointed to the writing station and said theres a permanent marker over there go use it. I asked her where I should write it and she said on the envelope?! Like, obviously. is there a certain side it needs to be done? Just a complete angry person. I am surprised you have any business. You have A LOT of negative reviews on your staff why are they still there? I would love to teach those older women how to love people. I work in customer service as well and everyone Ive encountered leaves happy even when theyre angry. Sincerely, A never again customer. Ill pay $16 and gas to go somewhere else.
