        I come to Cape Coral for 2 months during the winter and I needed to return several items to Amazon. I had to print out one label but didnt have a printer. I went to the UPS store on Cape Coral and a young man, James helped me. He was so very kind and helpful. He did print me my label ( I did pay for it which I was more than willing to) He completely took care of all of it. I wanted you to know you have an outstanding employee in James. Thank you!
