Dont let the old sign out front fool you, this little resort is actually really nice! the rooms are in fact newly renovated while i would say some things outside certainly need updating like the courtyard and the sign out front, everything else is clean and great! the rooms were spotless and smell good. the bar is really nice, the staff there was great. I enjoyed seeing art on some of the walls, although i wish the lobby was open later. The shower in the bathroom was a bit of a nightmare to figure out how to work, but the water stayed hot! This is an amazing value hotel, Cheers to the owner for keeping up so well with the place! its very charming.

This is not a resort but a MOTEL! Dont be fooled by the name. Our room had an open panel that anyone could have come in our room. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after the first night due to safety concerns and the overall condition of the place. Sketchy!

This resort exceeded our expectations. This was the first time we stayed in Cape Coral, and we needed a week-long stay for a family vacation. Meghan was very accommodating in coordinating our stay at this resort and our mid-week trip to Disney. The rooms are cleaned daily; the noise level was quiet despite the Tiki bar being a few steps away. Overall, the stay was more than pleasant, and my family and I look forward to returning for next spring break. Thank you for the beautiful stay. Rooms: Quiet rooms and very clean. Safety: We felt safe walking outdoors at night. Walkability: Shops are steps away. Food & drinks: Assortment of shops nearby including an on-site tiki bar.

A very nice Hotel with full charme of the sixtees, a good fresh renovated room, a clean pool and fantastic service
