If you want to rent from them, trust them. I rented a home from them for 4 years before I had to move out due to a new job. First off, they are family run, not a corporation. I've dealt with corporate run apartment complexes as a tenant and have had miserable experiences with them. As a renter, this landlord has been very good. When things broke down in the home, they were quickly fixed. They were always available to speak with on the phone. And at the end of our lease, they were very fair with our security deposit. I've been renting for many years and personally, they have been the best.

I cant say enough wonderful things about the staff but especially Jennifer. We were with another mgt company before this who was horrendous. We started with Exceptional Property Mgt and have been blown away by them. They are professional, courteous and exceptional at what they do. Kudos! My only regret is not finding them sooner.
