        Susan does not return calls and this is after allowing 5 full business days as well as she does not enforce the Assoc Boards to flow the Rules and Regulations or the Bylaws.

        Bad Management,very slow to respond to condo owners,about condos property,it's like pulling teeth to get them to actually get jobs done, i think they take on too much of workload.

        STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We have been waiting 2 months for Susan Kase (the owner) to fill out paperwork for the refinance of our condo. She has lied multiple times about saying she was doing it. Now the loan company can't process the loan because of this missing paperwork. She will not fill out the structural addendum after about 20 attempts. Even after going there in person.
