Words cannot describe the gratitude to Edward Schiff for selling a 2 million dollar land that was previously listed with three different realtors over 2.5 years. With Edward we had the property under contract in 2 days for the price we truly wanted.. it all seamed not real. Edward went above and beyond, making the deal happened by all means necessary, and followed up with us every step until the closing day. After working with quite a few realtors, I was surprised that Edward always answered his phone, which seems small and obvious, but its not the case with many realtors, especially after they got your listing. Ultimately having the job done in an unbelievably short time and putting clients interests above all, is what really matters. My applauds, admiration and respect to you Edward!

I went to Ed Schiff Realty Inc. to list a parcel of land in Cape Coral, Fl. in March of 2022. I worked with Ed on how he was going to list & market my property. I agreed with his plan. It was listed for $109500 & sold in 3 days! If anybody has property that they want to sell, I'd highly recomend him. He knows the Cape Coral Real estate market. Thanks ED.
