Agency absolutely not recommended. No response to countless emails to get my credit refunded. Office closed for months (years?), supposedly because of Corona. There are opening hours on the internet, but no one can be found here. However, the question of whether I want to renew my insurance with you got to me, that must be a joke. It is very fortunate that I have not had a claim in the years I have been insured there. You are just left alone and the slogan " In good hands" definitely doesn't apply when you don't even get a response to emails. So leave the fingers of this agency.

Outstanding agency! Answers your call and addresses needs quickly. I've used many agencies over the years and this is one you want to use.

Not very happy with this agency. It's sometimes hard to get straight, correct answers. Common response is that Allstate's computers must be down. And now there is a sign in the door stating that the office is closed due to Covid.
