After hurricane Ian my husband and I lost our house from extreme flood then fire ,took us over 1 year to find a builder to rebuild our new home, but had no success until our very dear friend Antonio( Supreme Recycling) introduced us to Jim Toto of Toto custum home builders. That day we all met he gave us hope and belief that there are truly honest and caring people left in the world! From day 1 Jim and his wife Toni cared about what we went through and we knew he was going to stand by his word and by God did he. I am beyond belief and thankful how much progress his work is ,everyday I go by the house and it's like a dream ,I can't believe it's really happening with such expertise and dedication I'm beyond appreciative. I only met these people late last year but guys take it from me ,after being through so so many builders he is the best that does it from the heart!!!!. Unfortunately my husband past away but I know I will live in this fabulous house with happiness. Thank you Jim and Toni I will be forever grateful

We are so glad we trusted Toto Custom Homes to build our home. They did an outstanding job on our Cayo Costa home. Everything has been above expectation, from the paver driveway/rear porch, built in grill, trey ceilings, recessed lighting and walk in shower. Jim was quick to respond and answer questions making this a stress free process for us. To top it off the home was completed in six months.
