It is rare to find a Buyer Representative who is not combative and difficult to work with. Heather is quite the opposite. While fully advocating for the best possible outcome for her Clients, she is very sensitive to the situation a Seller may be in. Heather is respectful, flexible and an excellent communicator which creates trust and confidence in the Buyer/Seller process. You can only hope to have her as your Buyer's representation and you can't go wrong having her represent you in selling your home.

If you are looking for an agent that gets things done, then look no farther. Heather worked hard to get us the best possible price for our property. When issues popped up, she dug in, helping us overcome hurdles that could have caused the deal to fall apart. If your not looking for results, find another agent, if you want results, look no farther.

Over the past 35 years I have had experiences with numerous real estate agents. Selling and buying 14 properties has given me some incite. Heather was contacted and came to meet myself and my wife. She brought a complete and printed marketing analysis. She was professional and very knowledgeable about the SW Florida market. Her local knowledge of the Cape was astounding, which she shared continuously and freely. We had other agents give us an analysis, but their presentation paled in comparison. We signed with Heather on agreed price after going through comparables, trends and recent sales. We felt very comfortable doing so, Heather is a full service agent and boy did she deliver. It started with her sign being installed which was lit. She was consistently engaged, sharing information and giving sage advise throughout staging, description of the property bringing light to positives, photographs, including drone footage. She made herself available all hours and was always a quick call away. When our offers came in on our home her negotiating skills shone. This was where Heather's character and personality became so valuable. It is innate in her to want to get the best deal for her customer as opposed to many agents who just want the best deal for their commission. We bought our new home with Heather and this was true on both ends. Her knowledge on the offer sheets and contracts was extensive. These 'little' things ended up being big things and she had us informed throughout. All I can say is WOW! We sold over asking and bought at a big discount with thousands of dollars of extras thrown in. She is the Queen of sell high and buy low! The piece de resistance was the closing experience. It was in person at the local office and was so amazing. In all my previous experience it has been just about signing papers and ensuring the understanding of the contract was complete. She performed these duties but then the extras became apparent. I don't do a lot of reviews but I can say that if there were six stars Heather deserves all of them plus more.
