Fifth Third Bank & ATM

What a terrible branch. When i walked thru the door, the teller greeted me with feigned enthusiasm. Her facial expression told a different story than her artificially happy tone. I opened an account online a couple weeks ago, and the bank will not let me use my accounts without 2 forms of photo ID. The teller directed me to Felix for assistance, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. It was clear he is letting his home life affect his work life. The man did nothing to help and it was clear he had no desire to do so. If I do end up using 5/3 bank (and thats a BIG if) I wont be using this branch. That was my first and last time through those doors

If I could leave no stars thats what I would have done. I have never had to deal with such absolute disgusting costumer service and poor excuses as to why I cant take MY money out of my account. The person for approval was sitting in his room on the phone and after 40 minutes of waiting staff told me that they werent comfortable with getting his approval and thought it was best I come back another time. Disgusting!! To say the least. If you want to use your money for anything dont give it to 5/3rd because it has always been a nightmare getting money from this bank.
