First Class Air Conditioning

I had to post a review for Joshua with First Class A/C. I needed my air conditioning unit serviced and inspected and he did a great job. The previous day I had a quote for air duct cleaning from another HVAC company who tried to charge me over $1,300 because the ducts and blower were covered in dust. He even showed me pictures; now I suspect those pictures weren't even mine. Once Joshua opened up the blower panel, and even though there was a small amount of dirt, it didn't require additional cleaning. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Joshua!

Best AC company in the Lee County area! Originally quoted 3.5k for a replacement part from different company, and was pushed toward buying an entirely new unit. First Class Tech Maykol quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it (same day) for 1/5 the price. Will be using them for all my HVAC needs moving forward!

For years I spent hundreds of dollars for Best Homes to repair my AC since it was repeatedly breaking down due to the backwash of the drain tube. Best Homes offered an $800 unit that would alleviate mold and mildew inside the unit. That didn't make much sense to me to I called First Class. Jesse Shamp told me those $800 light units didn't work well. He cleaned and inspected my older unit, which he said was in good condition. Jesse said all that was needed was some copper liquid that would take care of the problem. Best yet, that liquid miracle was FREE. I will now be a forever customer of First Class and Jesse Stamp. He was honest, knowledgeable and kind. Jesse, you are my hero!!! My unit is working well, thank you!

Dave Rojas and the First Class Team were excellent to work with. Highly recommend them. Been with them for 15 years.! We love our newly installed A/C unit and Dave Rojas has made us feel like family. Keep up the great work, guys.

We bought a home in Punta Gorda that we knew was going to need the HVAC system replaced. We did it over the winter when we knew we wouldn't need AC, and they weren't as busy as in the summer. System is a 3 ton heat pump with a variable speed air handler. I had 3 estimates and First Class was the only one who would install the equipment I wanted. It as a lot of work to retrofit what I had to the larger variable speed air handler; it barely fit in the garage ceiling alcove. But they did it. We are very satisfied with Brad and his installers. Our old system was electric heat. I waited 4 months to review so I could compare the system in both heat pump and cooling mode, but everything is working as expected and our heat bill is about 1/3 what the old electric heat would be.
