I do not appreciate the fact that they keep calling me after I specifically told these people that I am not the one in charge of the air conditioning. My grandparents are. And we already have our own company we use. They just call and nobody answers it is completely annoying!! At least now I know where this number is from.

I live in michigan and they called me today. My parents live in Florida, but how they got my number I do not know. I hope they do not call again, as I work nights so it woke me up, because I will be much less friendly next time.

Almost the same as the other call complaints. Apparently, the "owner" will come on here to rebut, but that's all they'll do. I've been asking them to remove me from they're call list for over a year. Once I made a special call to them just to reaffirm the request I had already made several times, and a woman with a VERY nasty attitude basically told me it's "not their fault". It's a robo-dialer. Excuse me? Well, whose "fault" is it - mine? Then tell your "robot" to stop dialing me. I'm on the official no call list, but the have no regard for that either. I would never do business with a company who calls me, and then either hangs up on me, or yells at me. Then they try to pass the buck and say it's the computer's fault. I object. They're the ones using the software/service. Therefor, it's THEIR fault. I'm not the on harassing them. Will anyone ever do anything about it? I see the same type of complaint regarding this company everywhere, but no one will do anything? Who's foolish enough to purchase from them with all of this negative feedback? How do they stay in business? I would give them ZERO stars, but Google won't let me.

The company called me on the phone and offered me a $35 cleaning and maintenance which was lower then my $60 regular maintenance with a different company so I took them up on the offer a technician came out 3 days later went in the Attic and you are exterior unit and then told me it was a mess there was mold and moisture and sledge it was not worth cleaning or maintaining I needed a complete overhaul everything taken apart and cleaned and put back together and a new return that was larger than the one I had my unit is less than 5 years old and regularly maintained,.. air filters change frequently xcetera for $1,800 I could have that done I was told he wouldn't be surprised if my unit stop working in 2 days mind you it is August, I was informed that if I could not afford it out of pocket they had a financing option I immediately called the company I have used in the past to come out and clean and maintain the unit without telling him about the previous inspection and quote from perfect air.. pictures were taken there was very little mold,..no sludge,.. and everything was in proper operation.. my unit was clean drains and added a algae treatment all of the electrical temp Refrigeration were checked 18 point inspection for my regular $60 I'm so glad I got a second opinion and didn't listen to the "professional technician "from Purrfect air... don't be fooled or robbed from this company obviously a scam they probably work on commission as technicians..
