They only get one star because they cant get ZERO! Do not go anywhere near this place, it's a scam! Everything looks pretty, sounds amazing, and they are the best sales people ever but it's all junk! After 6 months both my expensive devices had issues. I contacted customer service and finally sent them in to get worked on (with the so called lifetime warranty) and after many emails no one will get back to me. I'm out my money and the things I paid for. This store needs to be shut down immediately!!

They have a store in the Bahamas which is a scam! The products do not work and what they sell you is not the product they use on you in the store

This place is horrible! They have very disrespectful workers. The man at the front told me to shut up when he was trying to convince my dad to buy things. I told him it was very unprofessional of him and continued to tell me to shut my mouth and let him try to sell. Customers told him how rude he was and he walked away inside. No one buy from this place very nasty people.

When I first went in, they treated me like royalty as they showed me the products and I tried the samples. I was assured that even though I have sensitive skin, the products would not irritate me. They also showed me their website and the 30 day money back guarantee. I got home and tried the products and they irritated my skin. I went back 2 days later to return the products and was rudely told I could not return them. I asked about the 30 day money back guarantee and they said I couldnt return them, only exchange them. But I didnt want to exchange them because my skin was irritated. I just wanted a refund. Again they were rude to me and told me to go home and enjoy my products. What kind of store doesnt stand on their promise of a 30 day money back guarantee? Terrible experience! I do not recommend buying these products because they dont stand by their guarantee.

I found the store online, came to check for skin products because i have Sensitive skin. Ive been treated well, got exactly what i needed. Kind service, fast and professional! I will be back again thank you !!!
