      image It looks like I am not the only one complaining about customer service in a consumer based purchase. I am flabbergasted. Latoya is unwilling and unprofessional with delivery regarding customer complaints. I was only 2 weeks past the return window due to being outside the country for almost a month ( can provide ticket proof). The product does not work and I was unable to keep trying it within the 30 days I actually had. They most definitely can make exceptions but are just too ignorant. I will not be back here.

      image I had such a positive experience with Jasmine today. I booked a makeup tutorial to learn how to refresh my everyday look. Jasmine took her time to explain each step of the process so that I understood what she was doing. She is truly a makeup magician. I left the store feeling so good about myself and I know that was all because of this young lady and her positive energy. I highly suggest booking a session with her.
