        Always busy, only few employees all day, they should hire more people.

        Employees that get to chill and complain. They are always low on inventory. Maybe 2 out of the 6-8 employees are actually good at communicating here. Their negative attitude shows thru their body language and tone of voice.

        Horrible customer service. Always understaffed and low inventory. The male I encountered today (after waiting 35 mi ) was more interested in his lunch than assisting me. Needless to say, thats where I bought both my phone and watch, and I WILL NEVER return to that store again. Been there 4 times for a screen saver replacement, and they are always out. Stay away from that store. There are many T-Mobile stores with better and friendlier employees.
