Hello, Youre employee has this on Facebook. May I remind you it is the policy in your area and all of Florida, that all employees must have a mask on snd customers may not enter the store without a mask. NO EXCEPTION. So why is this 7-eleven employee name Tim Phoenix on Facebook working at this store refusing and posting it on Facebook? I suggest he go find a new job if he cant follow the rules set by the state. This isnt a 7-eleven rule. I will be contacting the authorities in your area.

I went in to get a drink and a cheese burger, i thought all 7/11s big gulps were 79 cents so i told the asian boy that I couldn't afford the drink due to only having 85 cents but was going to use my points for the burger since i was very hungry and didnt get paid till the next day... He took the drink threw it out and said he wasnt going to make my burger since he had to dump the drink... I work at another 7/11 and I know good customer service and that was beyond terrible the customer service is always bad at this place.... Never going back. The people there need to be fired.

Both me and my husband have been regular customers here for the last 6 months. We originally liked it despite that the store is constantly surrounded by homeless people and/or drug addicts begging for money and cigarettes all day and night, which can be very scary, especially at night. Because of that I carry pepper spray on me every time i go and i never take more money than im planning to spend because you never know when/if some1 is going to try to attack/rob you. Then whats even worse than that is most of the time you cant tell the difference between the "bums" and the actual staff, considering that the staff are very poorly kept and look like drug addicts themselves. But for the most part the cashiers were or seemed very nice and friendly. Until we started to notice that even though they seemed nice, they lacked the ability to be professional and run the store in a business like manner. My husband decided to stop going there about 2 weeks ago because of a misunderstanding that the cashier wasnt able to handle in a professional manner. They had been constantly changing the way the sold their fountain drinks, on a daily basis. One day the cups were at the actually fountain, the next day they would be behind the counter, where you would have to ask for the cup you wanted and on this night they not only had them behind the counter but they also wanted you to pay for it before giving it to you, which was something they had never done, so after my husband recieved his cup he went to walk over to the fountain to get his drink and the rest of the items he wanted to purchase, when the cashier yelled for him to bring the cup back to the counter and pay for it before he got his drink and the rest of his items. He was really rude and nasty about it even after my husband told him he wasnt aware of that, so my husband returned the cup and told the cashier how rude and embarrassing that was and informed him that he no longer wanted to purchase anything and he wouldnt be back. I decided to keep going because im 9months pregnant and had been trying to walk as much as possible, and i enjoyed the distance of the walk to that particular store, but not even a week after my husbands incident, i had one of my own. One of the cashiers tried to ring up a soda that i came into the store with, that by the way was a brand they didnt even sell in the store, and i told her it was mine and i didnt get it there and instead of her just continuing to ring up my other items, she decided to give me a nasty look and an even nastier attitude to where she stopped ringing my things and rudely said "well excuse me" and continued to just stand there and stare me up and down before finishing my purchase. I decided to just let it go and that maybe she was just having a long day. Until today when the same worker, did almost the same thing. Even after i held up my cup and waved it in the air, when i walked into the store and said loudly enough with out screaming or sounding rude, "this is my cup". Every one in the store heard me, except her i guess, so of course again she tried to ring up my cup, which was a 7-eleven cup thats located IN THE FRONT OF THE COUNTER. When all i did was walk to the fountain, fill the cup and to the counter. I told her AGAIN "that is mine" and i saud "sheesh". She began arguing with me, telling me she didnt know it was mine, she didnt see or hear me when i came in the door, and she doesnt have to ask me if its mine even though its no longer in the package and its already put together, and that if i bring ut to her counter she is just going to ring it regardless. All i told her was that was very unprofessional, that if she doesnt know if i had it already and on top of that, its no longer packaged and it looks used, that the proper or professional thing to do would be to at least ask me before just ringing it up. I also told her that if she didnt do that and i let her know after she added it that it was mine, that instead of giving me attitude and starting to argue with me, that she could of just questioned me than if she was unsure.
