        Frederick saved me from a week long nightmare I had with issues of online orders, wrong zipcodes, service mix-ups, IMEI/SIM mismatches, inaccessible OTP's & locked accounts. After DAYS on the phone with customer service; Frederick on 14th st was able to not only fix the entire situation, but even got me a discount and a better deal on my services! - Highly recommended!
