March 2023: After research and quotes, we selected StorPro to do our garage cabinets. By far the best value! From the initial engagement with Gabe (design, quote, main interface) to the install by Jesse & Collin, everything was excellent. Everyone at StorPro is professional, courteous, knowledgable, and very personable. We could not be happier with the quality of product and price. Highly recommend giving StorPro a shot - you will not be disappointed!!!

It was a year in the making, largely due to our debating the multiple layouts StorPro provided, all at our request. StorPro was so understanding and accommodating to each of our tweaks. Ater a year we asked for one more visit by StorPro and the result was an amazing solution. Our garage turned out wonderfully well. We love the finished product and more important, was truly pleased with the people from StorPro; From appraisal to installation, every step was customer focused and provided a solution that met our every need.

This is a mixed review. We were very happy with the design process as well as our finished product. It is what we asked for and was installed properly. That part gets 5 stars. They lose half a star for being 3 days late on the scheduled install, and another 1-1/2 for poor communications during the delay.
The delay part was excusable. Stuff with suppliers happens. And it's not completely in StorPro's control. But they did not do well on communications, which was completely in their control.
- We did not receive advanced notification of the delay. This means we had already rearranged our garage to an unuseable state to accommodate the install, and we were stuck in that mode throughout.
- StorPro did not work to keep us informed. We only found out about the delay when no one showed up and no one called. We had to call them. Each day we waited for an update call, but ended up we had to call them to get updates.
If they had called us early the morning of the install to say they couldn't make it, and then called daily with updates (even if nothing had changed) this would be a five star review.

The details of what went on behind the scenes to cause the issue and lack of information to work with for the three days of delay are irrelevant to the inconvenience it caused you so I won't try to make excuses for the failure.
