Update in response to companys response: The corporate person did give me an explanation for the error committed by their company. This info was relayed after 5 phone calls initiated by me over several hours. (FYI the sales individual at the store later told me that what corporate said was not true.) I understand mistakes. At the very least, the moment that the installer left the warehouse because the product was not available, someone at Bobs carpet and flooring knew that my install was not going to happen. A phone call to notify me would have been appropriate at that time. My issue is with the utter lack of communication to me from the company. My family was highly inconvenienced by your mistake. The situation was not handled in a professional manner at all. I waited all day. All calls were initiated by me. This company would state, Let me check on that and Ill call you back in a few minutes. No calls were returned. Instead my day was wasted waiting on an explanation and a plan that took 4 days to resolve. I highly recommend to Bobs Carpet & Flooring to greatly improve customer service and communication skills. I will not use this company again and will share my poor experience with my friends, coworkers and neighbors. Initial review: I was very disappointed with our experience with Bobs Carpet & Flooring. The company made an error and left us hanging for four days with our home in upheaval. There was no communication as we waited for them to arrive which didnt happen. When I called the store and the corporate office, I was promised a quick call back which never happened. I called many times to no avail. This error was of their making and was handled unprofessionally. I do not recommend this company. I will not be using them again. #unprofessional

I had luxury vinyl installed in my bedrooms and laundry room in the spring. The product is very good and looks good but I was very unhappy with my installation experience. The quarter round was left unfinished and unstained on the ends. The dryer was hooked up incorrectly and would not dry the clothes. Called the store many times, went to the store more than once all with no help. The salesman made an appointment to come to my home, and never showed, nor did he make a courtesy call to say he was not coming. The boss of the installers said there was nothing wrong with my dryer and that he knew what he was doing and never made a mistake. I had to hire a handyman to find that the dryer vent had been incorrectly reinstalled. It cost me $100. Never had even an apology from the store. I would not go back to this Bob's.
