As someone who has to be gluten-free and dairy-free I thought they were options. I contacted the main number left a message sent an email and they called me back but I was working. I got there and they had no options that I could have besides coffee. However everyone else that was with was able to enjoy it and it looked like the food was amazing. Dietary restrictions: There is nothing on the menu that is both gluten-free and dairy-free besides fruit and I'm not going to have that for lunch

On the other hand, my boyfriend opted for the Border Burrito and the sausage biscuits with gravy. While he found the flavors to be enjoyable, he mentioned that the dishes could benefit from a bit more seasoning, and the hash browns didn't quite meet his expectations. Despite this, he acknowledged that finding such a delightful gluten-free gem makes these minor critiques more than manageable. For anyone in search of a breakfast spot that caters to gluten-free needs without compromising on taste and variety, Skillets is definitely worth a visit. Their ability to deliver on a fluffy, gluten-free waffle that's this good is a testament to their commitment to diverse dietary needs.
