      image Met with Geraldine (had to wait a week for an appt) & now Ive received a letter in the mail stating I need to submit the right documents. I was not helped correctly and I was told by the phone customer support Id need to submit forms that either were never filled out or maybe did not get submitted. Ive tried to call in but getting through to a human is impossible. Very disappointed with the service and the bank.

      image Nobody answers the phone. Rings 7x, then says everybody is busy. Tried 4 rounds of this. Grade F.
      Got a notification they wanted to discuss this comment. not going to because needing to change my appointment, called again rings 7x, tried 5x. Change grade to F-!!
