The staff and management at the Bradenton location are CONSISTENTLY helpful, courteous and friendly. I've been a customer there for over 10 years, and have had nothing but exceptional service. While all the staff are great, recently 'Jackie' (Asst. Mgr.) took care of everything when my laptop was hacked, and acted immediately to both freeze the accounts and allay any fears. She was and is the epitome of true 'customer service '. I highly recommend this bank.
