Robert from Appliance Doctor was fantastic. He came right away, quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem. Had all the new parts. I will continue to use Appliance Doctor and highly recommend them for all repairs.

Rob was great to work with, from initial phone contact, to coming out to repair our dryer problem. He reviewed the problem over the phone, so that he would be best prepared, part- wise, when he came out. If one wants, he explains as he goes along, what he is doing, and where the problem is. He is courteous, knowledgeable and works with the customer. We will use Rob in the future for other appliance, etc. repairs.

Despite the 5 star ratings that I had seen posted about this company, my experience was a three-star at best. I called because I was having trouble with the ice maker on my refrigerator. Robert told me that he would be over and it was likely the water valve that was the problem. When he could not resolve the problem initially he was convinced that the water valve would solve the problem. At a cost of over $200 the valve was replaced and the issue did not go away. I called Robert and told him that the ice maker was still not making ice. His response was give it time maybe 24 hours. I waited 24 hours still no ice, and called him back as he instructed, to begin a repair on the ice maker. Two phone calls were unanswered and messages were not returned. Not exactly what I would consider five star service. After spending over $200, no fix, and no return phone calls

I wish I could rate them higher! Answered the first call, gave. Expert advice over the phone and the. Completed the work within 24 hours! They will be handling my repair work from now on!
