Both members of this team came out to repair my oven door. They were on time, considerate, and super professional. They listened to my description of the issue, and were Quick to diagnose the problem. They needed to order a part as it turned out, but assured me it would be repaired very shortly. Meanwhile, they switched the hinges from the upper oven, which worked, to my lower oven so I could use it. I never even considered asking them to do that. I guess they could see by my height that the lower oven was easier for me to use and they suggested it. It is such a relief to have people Who know what theyre doing show up to repair something when they say theyre going to be there and actually do the repair without complicating things and selling you on parts you dont need. Additionally, these folks were extremely personable.. I would recommend them to anyone. They were actually recommended to me by another repair company, which says quite a lot.
