Tony is very efficient and prompt and he went out of his way to help me with a separate issue I had that had nothing to do with heating & cooling. Tony promptly provided a very reasonable quote to replace a 13-year old whole home A/C (Rheem) Heat Pump with a variable speed ECM high efficiency YORK, Affinity 3.5 ton system (16 SEER) HP. Full tear out of the old AH & CU, included new drip panel, new I/O plenums and programmable wi-fi HW thermostat. Tonys service tech Josh arrived promptly at 8am and proceeded to remove all the old components and reinstalled the major new components all on a Saturday. Tony returned early afternoon, to assist Josh with final hook ups, setups, testing and cleanup. What a wonderful team they were with all the right skills, knowledge and professionalism. By 4pm, and without a stop for lunch, the system was up and running so smoothly and very quietly. I was thoroughly impressed with their workmanship and patience to allow me to observe and ask a few questions during the day. If you want the best, dont hesitate to give Tony a call.
