Love this UPS crew. Theyre always so friendly and helpful. They get pretty busy but always make each experience quick and pleasant.

It sucks I had to give this store one star because they definitely do not deserve it. Staff was not friendly, bordering on incompetent and their customer service is the pits. I dropped off 2 items to be returned to Amazon and they had not even returned/shipped the items back to Amazon 10 days later. Really? No soup for you!

Very very poor instructions on how to get to the entrance to the building, parking. You turn onto the side street and then into the (no directional signs) into a lovely courtyard,. Parking is free and open to the public. Now to the second issue. The young man who was the only person in the lobby of the store did not greet me, walked right in front of me, soldered over to behind the counter, turned and looked at me, never saying a word, saw my package, started to ring up my receipt, looked at me, handed me the receipt and NEVER spoke. NOW MANAGEMENT has the responsibility to: hire, train their employees, to monitor and set realistic expectations of greeting policies. It was very clear he was very well trained on the product shipping system/procedures. Then a woman came from the back of the store and never said a word either. That alone spoke volumes. Dont fire either or both UPSTRAIN BOTH Of THEM. He looked like he is 17/20 years old and she looked to be in her 40s. TRAIN BOTH, you may have two of your best employees if you TRAIN THEM. I see this experience from my side as the Companys failure. Why, because you wouldnt have them there if their shop backend performance wasnt acceptable. Now just take a little time to bring their front of the shop protocol to your/the customers expectations.
