        An unfortunate paperwork incident led to an issue with the department of motor vehicle. However thanks to Leslie Kay's personal intervention and diligence she was able to correct the matter to my satisfaction.         Top notch customer service these people are not pushy they will help you find a plan that works for you it still has that local home town vibe rather than some corporate fee that does not care about the customer these people don't try to force you to buying coverage you don't want or need and take the time to explain everything in detail. You always talk to a real English speaking person not a computer or foreigner
