Ace, the tech, arrived and completed the service in a timely fashion. He informed me of what he was doing and why. He wasnt rushing to get the job done and answered all my questions. A very personable young man, who is also efficient. Cool Air Services also asked for my opinion and I believe telling them that I would request Ace as my service tech says a lot. This is a great company!
