George from Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. was great. When he arrived, he wasted no time in examining my HVAC problem, fixing it and making it more user friendly as well. He focuses on his work and won't accept anything less than total success. When I need service next time, I will ask for him personally.

My heater was not performing up to par, so I called Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. Maxwell was excellent and easy to communicate with. He explained clearly what the problems were and went to work on them. He finished within the hour. I was very impressed. My first time with Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. I will call them again!

Our technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He quoted me the cheapest price around and finished on schedule as promised even though the indoor coil we special ordered from the manufacturer was broken. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent service! Have used Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. for years and have never been disappointed. They are very prompt, professional and well informed.They came in to our home and converted our entire heating system and added central air in no time at all.

Had a new unit installed. Their prices were competitive and the service was efficient, professional, and prompt. Was very impressed that after installation, they were courteous enough to vacuum the areas they walked through. One week after install we had a slight issue. I called and they sent a technician out immediately. The issue was resolved within 24 hrs.
