AC quit working in the hottest part of the summer. I called Omega Heating & Cooling Inc at 8 am to request assistance and they had someone out there by 1 pm THE SAME DAY!! They had my AC fixed in less than a hour as they plan ahead and order the most common parts in bulk to prepare for the summer months. Problem diagnosed, air filters cleaned, system checked and issue fixed quickly and affordably.

There is not enough I can say to express my satisfaction with the service provided by Omega Heating & Cooling Inc. I would recommend them to anyone looking for heating and cooling services. They are so quick to respond to inquiries and set up appointments. The serviceman wears shoe coverings and gloves. They are polite and cordial. I have a yearly service contract and feel it is well worth it to know I can depend on them for my comfort year round. Thank you for providing excellent service .

Omega Heating & Cooling Inc was recommended by a few friends when my A/C stopped working on a 100 degree day. The technician was able to fit me in the same day I called and fixed the immediate issue with a simple part replacement. He also said he would follow up if there were remaining problems as part of the same service call fee. Very happy with the service and will definitely call again if needed.

Am peased that Benny came out to our home today for our scheduled appointment. He arrived within the appointment window, was very professional and courteous, thorough, and answered all of my questions, which was quite a few. He was patient, and took the time to explain exactly what he did, and what he recommend that needed to be done to keep our AC running properly. This is the second time, theyve been to our home, and would use and definitely recommend Omega Heating & Cooling Inc again.
