        I have been using Dr Gutierrez as my endocrinologist for the past 20 years. She is the best. Sorry to see her go. I am contemplating going to her new practice. I've seen other doctors since she left and they are nowhere near her in caring or treating

        Dr Guitierez is a great doctor but her practice is a mess. Been going for 7 yrs. Just had horrible thyroid problem. It took 2 days to get in. After appt I never got scripts. Started calling next day and forward. Made 4 calls before someone called back and was annoyed at all my calls. You cant email her - they removed it from patient portal. The group is not interested in customer. Otherwise they would staff their offices properly.
