Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa

They could not bring the pool to blue for 2 months. Always comming up with excuses. I have 2 other houses in the same aree and don't have any issues with the pools there. The service representative took my cancellation request happily.

Do not use this company for pool service! They came one time and billed $135 for a months service. Shut off our pool pump and let the pool sit. Our neighbor arrived two weeks later and told us the pool was green. We flew down to take care of it and these are the pictures. After Hurricane Ian we had the pool cleaned and filled with clean water. When we went north for the summer season Pinch a Penny took over service and did this to our pool after our $3000 investment in new clean water and acid wash of the pool. We also have $2000 in airline tickets and a rental car to come take care of their disaster. They never called to tell us what they had done. When we contacted them they said the pool had a leak so they shut it down. The water hasnt dropped since they shut it down and we arrived - so no there is no leak. They also were sticking to charging us the $135 they billed even though they admitted to only coming once and shutting things down. I disputed it with my credit card company. They have cost us thousands of dollars! When talking to another woman on the plane here she has had similar problems and will not use them either. Save your money and your pool and go elsewhere for service!

Gustavo has been servicing our pool since 2008. He has never missed a week. Tells us when we need a filter, etc and when specials are on. He is wonderful!

Oscar is the best! Our pool is always in perfect condition, and he's so friendly. Our dog always barrels through the front door just to hang out with him :) Thanks for everything you do!
