        Our Pool Builder included a 30 day Maintenance/pool set up deal with Pool City #100 in Bonita Springs just before Christmas 2022. I have plenty of emails and phone records to prove this as well. They couldnt have done a worse job if they tried, no one was competent at their job was our experience and obviously would not recommend them.

        Family owned. not a corporate franchise...so you get that personalized service. Extremely knowledgeable and will never try to upsell you on anything. They do what they say when they say they'll do it. If they don't have an item in stock, they get it next day. Will do all my pool business here.

        By know means should you consider this company to service your pool. Horrible people who's soul purpose in life is to take your money. They could care less about you or your pool. Their service is so bad that they will let components fail so they can charge you for the repairs. RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION and do not use this company.
