Been a customer here for 10 years. The last two Ive been a business customer and frequent the location 2-3 times every week. Looking at the reviews it seems most are due to wait times or actions people wanted done that should be done through a different avenue. It was one of the busiest locations due to its clientele (older generation that wants to pay their credit cards through a bank teller, or make a deposit with a teller instead of the atm, or file a fraud claim with a teller - which they cant do - instead of calling the number on their credit card). They have been understaffed which is no fault of their own and have a new manager, Alexis, is young and motivated to make improvements for their customers experience. Have a little patience while youre here and use the Chase app instead of taking up 10 minutes of bank tellers time. Also - shoutout to Carmen who is the best.

Stopped into this branch today. Needed to make a deposit in my business account. I ran into a woman named Mariana, who was not doing anything, but actively refused to help me, and the sense I got from the conversation was the reason she wouldn't help me is because I'm black. I didn't want to be that reactionary, so I exited without complaint, and completed my transaction at the Chase off Corkscrew. I was still pretty upset about Mariana's behavior after, so I decided to look up this branch. This branch has 23 reviews. 7 (5*), 0 (4*), 1 (3*), 1 (2*), 14 (1*). Of those 5* reviews, 4 of them cite customer service as the reason. Of those 14 1* reviews, 12 cite customer as the reason. On top of that, one of those negative reviews has already cited Mariana as being discriminatory. What does all this mean? It means that when entering this branch, you have a 61% chance of receiving 1* service and a 30% chance of receiving 5*. Your experience with the customer service staff, in general is 3 times more likely to be the reason you never come back than it is the reason you return. Their employee, Mariana has received 2 complaints of discrimination within a week. This is the definition of a poorly run branch, where the manager needs to be fired!

Today, I walked into this branch to make a simple withdrawal. My wallet was recently stolen, so that complicates matters, slightly, but Chase has a policy that allows you to withdraw up to $100 without debit card, or ID. All it requires is that the teller run you through some security questions, and then get it signed off by a manager. The other thing I should mention is that I suffer from severe arthritis in my lower back, which can put me in a significant amount of pain. When I walked into this branch today, I was visibly injured, holding my back, unable to take full strides, and using every counter I could find for support. I filled out my withdrawal slip, and took it to the desk to be completed. The employee working the desk, Kevi, was wholly unaware of the policies and flat out refused to help me, until I explained to her that I knew what the policies were, and requested she get a manager to complete the transaction. Kevi started to go get a manager, but was quickly told by her co-worker, Mariana, not to. Mariana then began to antagonize both Kevi and I, in order to escalate the situation. At one point, when I gripped my back in evident pain, Mariana said with a smirk on her face, "That looks like it hurts.", trying to get a rise. After four attempts to have a manager brought to me, Kevi finally decided to ignore Mariana and get her manager, Myrna. It took 30 seconds of talking to Myrna to figure out why her employee Mariana felt so comfortable being outwardly rude to customers. Myrna absolutely refused to help me, telling me if I wanted to come back in 30 minutes she might be willing to. So, after one of her employees failed to understand their policies, and another actively discriminated against a handicapped customer, the manager decided that continuing to be rude and mistreat a handicapped customer was appropriate. This manager needs some serious retraining, and Mariana needs to be fired! That is absolutely unacceptable on all levels!
