This company has the nerves to send me a bill for 12 cent. When I called the company I was told I owed a little over 50 dollars to pay off the balance. You would think that the letter they sent me would have included the payoff amount. When talking to them on the phone there is a detection of anger in their voice. They always appear to have a nasty tone in their voice also. I can't believe this company in the fact that if I would have sent a check, I would have thought I was done with them. They even had the nerves to send me a letter of collections. I can't recommend doing business with this company because it appears they are out to ruin people credit rating. Pay them off quick if you can and save yourself the heart burn.

END-CUSTOMERS - aka - Buying Customers are not respected, it would seem, according to this Disabled American Veteran's relationship with this "lender".
According to my VA Lender, they placed a lien upon our home for an Unsecured, aka "PERSONAL" loan. They claim they didn't, but I haven't heard back for the various Credit Reporting Agencies, yet.
Pay close attention, research the following, then, you decide about doing business with them, please. You are fore-warned.
This Disabled American Veteran will not likely ever utilize this business: Will likely NEVER utilize any business that pays into "membership" with this outfit: They are not actually customer-based, having membership contracts to enforce / decide if their members are poorly serving the Public.
Unlike many membership-based groups (like unions), they cannot even levy fines, it would seem. So, why should their say-so be believed?
REFERENCE the BETTER BUSINESS CUSTOMER COMPLAINT CASE:# 90287658 (Ref#111-90572335-90287658-22-8000), in which they, dba Patrick's Heating & Air Conditioning (Ocala, FL), admitted to the BBB that they had not completed some plumbing work, had not finished the replacement of the complete duct system in our home, nor (checked with our County Building Permit Office ) did they gain the proper permits to replace the HVAC system.
The company claimed that the unfinished work was not considered, when they contracted with me and Service Financial, LLC, of Boca Raton, FL, to do the work, that our add-on room would present them difficulties to access.
Patrick's claimed to Service Financial, LLC that they had finished the work and were paid by Service Financial, LLC, in defiance of my complaining that the contract was unfulfilled, on numerous occasions, even when I was suffering from Covid-19.
The Better Business Bureau, it would seem, prefers memberships above securing an honestly equitable outcome for the consumers. It would appear that Service Financial, LLC cares more for the Contractors, than the completeness and quality of workmanship delivered to its' end-customers. It is likely that Patrick's mother company would care less, even more so.
I am a Disabled American Veteran. So, I ask you, dear reader, consider hard, before using any of the services. But, not to worry, I'm gaining a VA loan to correct ALL of Patrick's deficits, with a new Contractor, after I seek the Building Permit Department's investigations and follow-ups, then I'll have Bogin, Munns, & Munns resume my case in a Court of Law, for the complete and corrected work, including the dismantling and removal of the illicit system.

Well where can I start? Today was my first day and man let me tell ya.... Greatest Experience thus far the training is amazing the people are Uber friendly and let's not talk about the staff. Aww man superb display of professionalism along with entertaining with the tasteful sarcastic humor. I can't wait to display my talents and also becoming a major asset to the company. Peace
