I applied for Commercial credit, and I fell short 20 points. Sergio Pineda told me to that, if I got a co-signed with a 680 credit score that he would get my business commercially funded. I got my mother who is 80 years old to co-sign for me. Her credit score is over 700, Sergio Pineda tells that the package I applied for was no longer available and that he was on his way to talk to his supervisor who would give me a call shortly. The so-called supervisor who is a employee of a whole nother company "Seek Capital" approved my mother and not my company for a personal credit profile of $35,000.00 in personal no credit. Not Business Credit that was applied for with blue group funding, but personal credit using my company bank numbers as her income to line up personal credit that was not needed nor requested. Sergio Pineda has my phone number blocked and this is why you will wake up to this review rather than we talk it out on the phone like gentleman. I am also going to the Federal Trade And Practice Commission to file a formal complaint against you and "seek capital" which is a fraudulent company with fraudulent business practices. The public and the government should be informed of the business practices of these individuals. Seek capital Idea of Commercial funding was waiting until the disclosure to inform me that there would be no commercial credit of any kind, and that I would have to added by my mother at a later date and time as a authorized user. This means that I was lead on thinking that I would also be able to use the business credit, which actually we was never going to receive as a authorized user to grow my business, but in all actuality my mother who is a co-signed was made a primary with a personal profile credit that didn't involve me or my company. This also means that Sergio Pineda sent my bank statements and other info to another financial institution without my permission to create the fraudulent profile that was made for my mother. My mother doesn't have a job and she is not a officer with my company. There was never a need to fraud me. Sergio Pineda could have simply said, "hey we can't help you and my search would have continued for Commercial funding. Seek capital wants to charge me or my mother over $400.00 for cancellation of the process because I wouldn't allow them to get her $40,000.00 dollars in personal credit that was never supposed to be applied for. I didn't qualify for the products so there is noway that I'm liable, but before I allow Seek Capital and Serigo Pineda to cause harm to my elderly mother I will file every inquiry possible with the government and every internet site that bare the names of individuals and entities involved will get a review from me making sure that the public is aware of the malicious fraudulent business practices of Sergio Pineda Blue Group Capital And Seek capital. Sergio Pineda I am a certified professional that has worked hard to try to have something and provide for my loved ones. You and Seek Capital had no right to use predatory business practices towards me or my mother. As a CORPORATE BUSINESS OWNER I WILL BE RELENTLESS ADDRESSING THIS PUBLICLY AND THROUGH GOVERNMENT COMPLAINTS UNTIL THIS IS RECTIFIED. YOU HAVE MY WORD ON IT...ALL YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA WILL GET A COPY OF THIS REVIEW. YOU HAVE MY NUMBER I SUGGEST THAT YOU USE IT. WHEN IT GETS TO THE POINT THAT I HAVE FILE COMPLAINTS I DON'T WITHDRAW THEM. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO NEGOTIATE ME REMOVING REVIEWS OR COMPLAINTS BEFORE YOU RECTIFY THIS. IT'S ONLY GOING TO BE ADDED TO THE RELENTLESS APPROACH OF MAKING SURE THAT YOU ARE EXPOSED FURTHER FOR YOUR MALICIOUS PREDITORY BUSINESS PRACTICES. Ok potential clients of blue capital and I spelled the name lowercase on purpose. Note that they said I had extremely low credit and business sales. Does that match up with the final statements of why they said they chose not to work with me. Actually I have fair credit and my CORPORATION has been re-instated a lil over a month... actually I didn't even have the 90 bank records to seek a commercial line of credit.slander/fraud
