Boston Market

The owner definitely gave up on this place. After waiting 40 mins, they haven't started my order yet and I discovered they ran out of what I ordered. They asked me if I wanted anything else. I just want a refund and they wouldn't refund me. I walked out and will be disputing the charge from my credit card.

Worse Boston Market location! I got a kids meal that came with a hair on the chicken. Disgusting!! The hair was light colored & I have black hair & when I went back to show them they thought I put the hair there LOL. They didnt even care! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Great place to go if you like hairy food.

I bought the 1/4 white chicken with 2 sides to go. When I got home to try to eat it the chicken was very dry. I literally only ate a few bites. I have purchased this dinner many times in the past. I haven't been to this location in a couple of years. Defintely has gone downhill. The 2 sides were pretty good, but they were lukewarm at best. Waste of time and money. Inside was ok. Won't go to this location again.

I grew up going to this exact location, and havent been in a few years. I had a craving for chick pot pie, which they were either out of or might not ever have according to other reviews. I just got side dishes, and I dont know if the recipe changed or someone messed up, or they were straight rotton, but the mash potatoes literally made me gag. At 1st I thought it was the gravy but nope its definitely the mash potatoes.. these used to be my favorite. Its pretty hard to mess up mash potatoes but some how they did... or theyre expired and sour. Also way is there no air?!? Apparently its been "not working" for almost a year. No wonder they cant get decent employees... Will never ever go again! Might as well just shut this location down!
